FAQs

What rules are followed by the Redmond Lacrosse Club?

The Redmond Lacrosse club plays in Division 2 for the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA) league.  The WHSBLA subscribes to the rules of the Nation Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).  The league schedule and standings are available from the WHSBLA league schedule page .

How do I know if a player is eligible?

The Redmond Lacrosse Club is for players in the geographic areas defined by the high school boundaries of Lake Washington, Juanita, Redmond.

A WHSBLA goal is for each High School to have a Lacrosse team.  At this time, high school lacrosse is not an official Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) campus sport.  However, as the goal is to be WIAA recognized, the Redmond Lacrosse Club voluntarily subscribes to the WIAA rules of conduct, eligibility and code.

Who are the Referees?

Referees for the Redmond Lacrosse Club are from the Washington Lacrosse Officials Association (WALOA).
