Coach Rob Eidson has been the Head High School Varsity Coach for Redmond High School, and Program Director for the Redmond club, since 2016. In addition to Redmond, Coach Rob is also a K2 coach for the neighboring Juanita program and has Coached with Team Washington for the past 5 years, having coached the rising 4th/5th, 8th and 9th grade teams.
Prior to leading the Redmond program, Coach Rob was the Head Junior Varsity coach for three years for the Bellevue High School team and Youth Director for the Bellevue Program. During his time at Bellevue, the Wolverines went to 3 State Championships and won 2 of them.
While coaching in the State of Washington as a Youth Coach, Coach Rob has led various age groups and teams to championships including the Battle of Bothell (78), South Sound Invitational (34), Stanwood Invitation (56), Valhalla Summer Invitational (34), Washington Gold Cup (56), and multiple Summer Solstice Championships (HS JV).
Prior to moving to Washington, Coach Rob coached on the east coast and begin his coaching career in 2001 as the inaugural Head Varsity Coach for James Monroe High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Coach Rob attended the University of Mary Washington and played Attack and Midfield and was a two time member of the NCLL National All-Star Team. Coach Rob grew up in the Philadelphia area and played lacrosse since elementary school. His Middle School team won the Chester County League Championship, and in high school Coach Rob played Varsity lacrosse for West Chester East Senior High.
Coach Rob also works at Microsoft, supported by his amazing wife Erin, and in his free time loves spending time with and coaching his three boys: Hunter (2031), Colin (2032) and John Cameron (2034).
