Redmond Lacrosse Club (RLC) players, coaches, officials, parents and spectators are to conduct themselves in a manner that "Honors the Game" of lacrosse and demonstrates respect to other players, coaches, officials, parents, spectators and fans. The essential elements in this "Code of Conduct" are:
HONESTY – We understand the difference between right and wrong and will choose to do what is right. We are accountable for our choices, even when we make mistakes.
INTEGRITY – Compete with class, heart, honor, and hustle. We live up to our standards even when others don’t.
RESPECT – A worthy opponent is a gift that brings out our best. Always show respect for everyone involved, even when we disagree.
FAIRNESS - We refuse to bend the rules to win.
TEAMWORK – We always put our team first and play for each other.
Those who conduct themselves in a manner that reflects these elements will bring credit to the sport of lacrosse, themselves, their team, their family and our organization.
