The spring season runs from Mid-February through June, with a tournament as the finish of the season. Practices are designed to hone essential stick skills, elevate ball movement techniques, and foster seamless teamwork, ensuring our players are primed for success throughout the entire season.

Lacrosse Gear for Practices and Games: Stick, cleats, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, protective athletic cup, mouthguard

Loaner Gear:  RLC offers donated, used lacrosse gear (helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads) for players to borrow for the season on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited supply available!
